Packaging

Your 50ml Golden Balm is carefully packed in protective, eco-friendly mailing materials to ensure the jar arrives safely and intact.

Missing or Damaged Orders

While we take great care in packaging your balm, once it is with the carrier, it is subject to their handling. If your order arrives damaged or is missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of your expected delivery date with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement or assist with a carrier investigation.
